- Delivery period : 2 Day Shipping
- PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is only 3Days / Monday ~ Wednesday to maintain freshness.
- Thursday delivery available in Texas only
- Well packed with Gel ice pack + ice box
- Delivery time not guaranteed during major holiday seasons or weather delays.
- All Shipments require a street address (sorry, no PO Boxes). Damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee. Package delivery cannot be guaranteed if any address information provided to us is incorrect. Please be sure to double check addresses.
- The courier may leave the package at the door if no one is home. Recipients in apartment buildings may need to be home in order to sign for their package and ensure delivery. Sending to a business address is a good option to consider.
- Drivers may require a signature if they feel it is an unsecured location.
- LW Fish Market cannot be responsible for contacting recipients regarding package delivery dates.
HOW WILL MY SEAFOOD ORDER BE PACKED?
We package our products within a foam container and keep the items cold using ice pack. The items will arrive frozen solid and only require you to place them inside your freezer until you choose to use them. Most packages will arrive with a taped paper bag containing the ice pack on the top and bottom of the package. We also place bubble wrap between the ice pack packages and the product to reduce contact with the product directly.
HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
LW Fish market will accept order cancellations until the product has shipped. We will refund back 100% of the purchase amount, but orders cannot be canceled after shipping has commenced.
